Refund policy

At Giggle Nest, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that returns may be necessary in certain cases. Please review the following policy for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 24 Hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
i. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
ii. All original tags, accessories, and inserts must be included
iii. The item must be in resalable condition
Note: Returns or cancellations based on change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, baby care, feeding, and personal-use items are non-returnable.
Electronic toys, RC items, and collectibles are non-returnable once opened.
Replacement is only offered for verified product defects reported within 24 hours of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at 0339-9000929 with the following information:
i. Your full name and order number
ii. The item(s) you wish to return
iii. A short explanation of the issue
iv. Clear pictures or videos (if applicable)
3. Proof of Condition — Unboxing Video Recommended
To help us resolve return and damage claims fairly and quickly, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your parcel.
The video should show:
i. The sealed outer packaging
ii. The opening process
iii. The condition of the item inside
This video will serve as proof in case the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, and will help us verify the issue and proceed with a refund or replacement promptly.
4. Inspection & Refund Process
Once your return request is received (and the product, if applicable), we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
i. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 working days
ii. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will arrange a bank transfer refund
5. Shipping Charges
i. Shipping fees are non-refundable
ii. If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund amount
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
All products are quality-checked before dispatch. Any issue, if it occurs, may be due to shipping.
Based on your claim and verification (e.g. photos or unboxing video), we will either:
i. Replace the item at no additional cost, or
ii. Issue a full refund, including shipping charges
