Giggle Nest operates this website to offer you products, services, and tools for online shopping. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or remove content at our discretion.

All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will be accurate.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all orders placed. Most orders are processed as Cash on Delivery (COD). In such cases, full payment must be made to the delivery agent upon receiving your parcel. For any prepaid orders, payment must be completed using the available secure methods during checkout.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or concerns about fraud or unauthorized activity.

Please note that we accept orders from multiple sales channels, including online marketplaces and platforms. Occasionally, a product may appear as “in stock” but may already be sold elsewhere. To ensure accurate fulfillment, every order is manually confirmed via call or WhatsApp before processing. Your order will only be finalized once our team verifies stock availability and confirms with you directly.

Since most orders are placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment is collected until the item is delivered. In case of prepaid orders, if an item is found to be unavailable after order placement, the payment will be refunded in full and you will be notified promptly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to courier limitations, weather, or public holidays.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

i. For unlawful purposes

ii. To violate any Pakistani or international regulations

iii. To infringe upon intellectual property rights

iv. To transmit viruses or harmful code

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
