At Giggle Nest, we are committed to delivering your favorite baby and kids products to your doorstep with care, speed, and transparency. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer shipping nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and towns.

2. Order Processing & Confirmation

To ensure accurate fulfillment, we manually confirm every order via call or WhatsApp.
This helps avoid stock errors from multi-platform selling and ensures the product is available, while filtering out fake orders.

Note: Your order is only finalized after confirmation from our team.

3. Shipping Time

i. Standard Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after confirmation (depending on your location)

ii. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges

i. Flat-rate shipping may apply depending on your location.

ii. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions (as advertised).
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Most orders are processed via Cash on Delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at your provided address.

6. Advance Payment for High-Value Orders

Orders above PKR 10,000 require a 5% advance to ensure smooth processing and prevent fake or invalid orders.

Our team will share payment instructions during order confirmation via call or WhatsApp.

Note: If the advance is not received within 24 hours of confirmation, the order may be automatically canceled.

7. Re-delivery Policy for Missed Orders

If the delivery attempt fails due to no one being available at the address, the parcel may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases:

i. We will contact you to confirm if you’d like us to re-attempt delivery.

ii. For COD orders, re-delivery may require advance shipping payment to prevent further failures.

iii. If we do not receive confirmation from you within 1 day, the order will be cancelled.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure you provide complete and accurate delivery information, including house number, street, area, and a valid contact number. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or cancellation.

9. Delays

Unforeseen delays due to courier service load, weather, or remote locations may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
